Eligibility Criteria for Canada Spouse Visa

The Spouse Visa Eligibility works both ways. This means, the sponsor and spouse both need to qualify certain Eligibility Criteria 2025 to be able to apply and come to Canada.

• The authorities are slowly shifting towards online applications and alleviating the paper applications.
• The new fees were increased by $55 to $545 for spousal visas.
• The increased demand has led to slow and reduced approvals for applications.
